Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe with 4 Ingredients
I like a pretty basic grab and go Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe and here are the four ingredients that I use to make mine. Eggs (hard boiled), Mayonaise, Salt and Pepper
Here goes – first you boil the eggs
After you cool & peel the eggs, then you mash them with a fork to your desired consistency.
It is really pretty easy. I think I used about 6 or 7 eggs.
Next add about one scoop of Mayonnaise. If it seems a little dry you can always add more so start with just a small scoop.
Then, mix it up. Once you have the consistency you like then add the salt and pepper. Only about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Again, you can always add more but you can’t take it out.
And there you have it, a quick and easy grab and go Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe.
You can always add other things, for instance, my Dad likes to add sweet relish and my Mom likes to put lettuce on her sandwich with egg salad. This Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe is just the start of our Grab and Go Protein Packed Lunch Ideas. Check back for more!
